Privacy policy

This website is run by Double Black Media Ltd, a New Zealand company, which makes the PiPVids app. This policy covers this website only. The app will have its own privacy policy when it launches.

Your email address

If you sign up for launch news, we save your email address, the date you signed up, and which page and website you came from (for example, a link on social media).

We'll use your email address once, to tell you when PiPVids is available on the App Store.We won't send you anything else, add you to other lists, or sell or share your email address with anyone.

The signups are stored in a Google Sheet that only we can access. To have your email address removed at any time, email us (below).

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and how they found it. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you visit. It doesn't tell us who you are, and we don't use it for advertising.

Google processes this information for us. You can readhow Google uses information from sites that use its services, or stop Google Analytics collecting your visits with theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-onor by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
